Peonies

















Rainy and 60 degrees here in Pokeytown....it's a good day to sew :0)  Meanwhile here are some beautiful peonies to enjoy.  Happy Sewing, Kim

    It must just smell heavenly in your yard, too!!
    I have 2 peonies, in pots, hoping for flowers next year, since the goats got out and ate them both down to nothing : P Can we spell h.e.a.r.t.b.r.e.a.k.? !!! lol

  4. How many different kinds of peonies are there, Master Gardener? You have some real beauties here! I had plain pink ones years ago. Want to start one up again soon. Best time to plant is.....

  6. My very favorite flower in the world! I am lucky to have a friend gone for the month of June, I have cutting privileges and my houses FULL of peonies! Mine will be ready sometime this week. I look forward to them every year!

  7. beautiful one of the houses we used to live in had a whole circular drive full of these it was just beautiful
    I looked forward to every spring to see these bloom

  10. I see we share an affinity for peonies. I moved mine and planted some new ones this year in a sunnier locale and I'm hoping that will do the trick...
