I LOVED this quilt and I got to tell the quilt maker that it really touched me in a special way.  I wish I would have taken her picture with her quilt.

I got to meet Barb finally after years of visiting her blog :0), she was delightful.  And what fun to meet her friend Mary whom she talks about on her blog.......I could have talked to them all day long.  What a treat :0).  Jump over to Barb's for some great pictures and one of us together :0)

It was a terrific evening of music and laughter, even tears for Libby, if you ever get the
chance to see him perform go for it!

but I am behind and did not make the post but here is my updated progress.

I think I am about half way through the hand work needed to finish the Jan Patek quilt.
