O so beautiful! Love them. Ours bloomed early this year and are already gone. I barely noticed them.

It must just smell heavenly in your yard, too!!
I have 2 peonies, in pots, hoping for flowers next year, since the goats got out and ate them both down to nothing : P Can we spell h.e.a.r.t.b.r.e.a.k.? !!! lol

How many different kinds of peonies are there, Master Gardener? You have some real beauties here! I had plain pink ones years ago. Want to start one up again soon. Best time to plant is.....

My very favorite flower in the world! I am lucky to have a friend gone for the month of June, I have cutting privileges and my houses FULL of peonies! Mine will be ready sometime this week. I look forward to them every year!

lovely peonies - they are one of my favorites! I love the scent, and I'm even willing to deal with the ants when I bring them in.

I see we share an affinity for peonies. I moved mine and planted some new ones this year in a sunnier locale and I'm hoping that will do the trick...
