Some of my favorite blogs have sewalongs from time to time, I like to join in because they are usually a small project I can do in a few sittings that give me a break from my larger UFO's that can take months or even years. Like a little side trip when you are a longer journey. Lori at Humble quilts just had one I really enjoyed, The group that sewed along are having their linky party, come have a look and maybe next time join in the fun. And while I am tooting my own horn I'll share this over at " Crazy Mom Quilts" too. Happy Sewing, Kim |

That looks beautiful. Great colors.
Nice work, Kim. I love your idea of the two-toned setting blocks. Makes it have a great dimension. And your little extra touch on the binding is a winner! : )
Very nice description of this diversion! I like your results
Kim, I love the little extra borders! Makes it more interesting!! I'm not sure I'm going to keep mine as is; I'm not liking it very much!!
Nice work, Kim! I love the way the colors play together.
Lovely! I like the way you used a lighter yellow/cheddar for your inner blocks.
I really like those little side trips too!! Great quilt!
very nice quilt. Great colors/fabrics and stitching :)
I love the way your 2 golds frame this - and the piping is perfect!
I like your version of Lori’s sew along quilt. The cheddar really looks nice.
