Winding Ways

One down....142 to go!

Fabrics from Canton Village Quilt Works

Just keep cutting :0)
This is the start of a wedding quilt. I think only batiks can give this nice flow of colors.  I hope to have this done by Sept. in time for the wedding on 9-10-11.

  Happy Sewing,
Kim

I love this pattern. It will be wonderful in batiks. What a cool wedding date! How about a baby on 10-11-12!

I have the die on my GO wish List- have a ton of other TO DO's cut and ready to sew- do you like this pattern enough to make more? I worry about die not getting enough of a work out- lol

Oooh! This is going to be so pretty! Batiks are a good choice for those curved seams. I think they might be less likely to stretch out of shape.

Very pretty, I love batiks. I just bought some glue for curved piecing rather than pinning. It's Tombo glue and you can find it at a Scrapbook store or your local craft stores. I haven't tried it yet, but hope to soon.
