   Here are just a few ceilings from the many rooms at the Morgan Library.  The build is absolutely stunning before even looking at all the collections.

Why police on horseback in NYC ?

So from the eighth floor I can hear a horse walking down the street, it is a police officer on horseback riding the wrong way down a one way street.

He walked the horse to the end of the street.

makes the horse do a side way walk like he is parallel parking him 

then stand there on the horse watching traffic

Why?  Imagine how much it cost to take care of these animals.  I wonder how many there are on the force?
