Sweet Land of Liberty month 7

Making progress with my Sweet Land of Liberty blocks, but I scorched my fish :0(  I tried to cover it with the addition of thread and another bit over the top of the fish but maybe when the quilting is done it won't be noticeable.....I'll have to be more careful!

Come see all the month seven blocks over at Humble Quilts :0)  Happy Sewing!

Love the fabric you chose for the background of the victory basket. Your flowers are great too. Sorry about the scotching. That must have been upsetting for both you and the fish.

Your fish looks great- no sign of burning. I've done that too. Your blocks are awesome!

I love everything about your blocks, Kim, but most especially I love your pot/bowl and the flowers and the background fabric. And your flag and flag pole. And your fish, with an eye!

I love your contrasting background fabrics next to each other! I wish I would have done mine like that.

Your basket block is so pretty! The colors are just right and I love the birds you chose.

You are likely the only person who will know that you overcooked your fish. He is so cute!
