Giveaway........Quilts from 100 blocks

Collector's Edition
" Quilts from Quiltmaker's 100 blocks" will be out on newsstands soon.
I have an extra copy to giveaway :0).  Just leave a comment about quilting and you are in for the drawing :0)
on St. Patrick's Day.

My fellow Scrap Squad members and I made a quilt for our editor, Diane Harris, and it is in this issue so they generously sent me two copies....one to share :0).

Happy Sewing, Kim

And another giveaway of a magazine called " On track",
for machine quilters,
is happening over at Bonnie Hunter  blog, she has a feature
in the giveaway issue :0).

Thanks for the giveaway chance! I love the 100 blocks magazines - I was a block tester for two of them, and had a great time doing it. Those quilts look like fun!

I love blue and yellow quilts, and that one is really a beauty!
I am having a great time lately with my 21 month old granddaughter. She loves to sit in my lap while I sew quilt pieces together. I have even let her "guide" some scraps through the machine. Several times throughout the day she asks if we can go 'tew'. (She has trouble saying S words.) Hopefully she will continue to be my quilting companion throughout the years.

Love the color and layout of your stars abd bars sampler. Kinda reminds me of the art show at Vassar college that we attended.

I don't want to be in the giveaway, but wanted to let you know I will be looking for it on the newsstand.
I know I am too old fashioned, but I liked that publication when they used vintage blocks and had a little descriptor that told about the block.

I love the issues of 100 Blocks! I just finished a flimsy sampler of blocks made from the first issue! I loved making the blocks; I have been through the magazines so many times, so it would be a treat to get my hands on this new issue of quilts that feature some of the great blocks!

What a fantastic opportunity. I love blue and yellow combinations. Already have 3 of the 4 100 blocks mags (missed out on one of them but I am on the lookout for one that someone no longer is using - FAT CHANCE) but I am hopeful.

Thank you for giving me an opportunity to win this one.

I love to make quilts and often need new ideas. My daughters-in-law love to get new quilts so I have double incentive to make more quilts. 100 blocks mean at least 100 quilts for me to make.

Kim said...

Sadly, if you win I have no way to let you know and your daughter in law will have to go without her new quilt.

Happy sewing, but you need to leave an address if you have a no reply anonymous account.

I love the 100 block magazines, the only magazine I buy with my budget. I would love a copy of this magazine. I am working on a quilt from fabric given to me and my mothers stash.
